Shipping Policy

All Nexora Pharma peptides are lyophilized (freeze-dried) powders. In lyophilized form, most compounds are stable at ambient temperatures for short transit periods. For orders requiring strict cold chain (including specific IGF-1 and custom formulation orders), we ship with insulated packaging and cold packs. Temperature-sensitive orders are flagged at checkout. Standard lyophilized orders ship in pharmaceutical-grade sealed vials within moisture-resistant packaging.

Orders are processed Monday–Friday. Orders placed before 14:00 CET are typically dispatched the same business day, pending payment confirmation. Bank transfer payments: dispatch occurs within 1 business day of payment verification. Processing times of 1–2 business days apply to all bank transfer orders. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Nexora Pharma provides complete customs documentation for all international shipments, including: - Commercial invoice with accurate HS code classification - Certificate of Analysis (compound purity and identity) - Research-use declaration where required by destination country - Product safety data sheets Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country. We recommend checking your local regulations before ordering.

Each shipment is packaged to protect compound integrity throughout transit: - Individual vials sealed under inert atmosphere - Moisture-absorbing desiccant in each package - Tamper-evident outer packaging - Fragile/keep-upright markings on all boxes All packaging materials are pharmaceutical-grade and comply with IATA and IMDG transport regulations.

All orders ship with full tracking and are insured to the value of the order. Tracking numbers are emailed at dispatch and can be monitored through the carrier's website. In the event of a lost or damaged shipment, Nexora Pharma will work directly with the carrier to process a claim and arrange replacement shipment at no additional cost to the customer.

Nexora Pharma does not ship to countries where the importation of research peptides is prohibited by law. We reserve the right to request additional documentation before shipping to certain jurisdictions. All purchasers must confirm research-only use at the time of order. Orders that appear inconsistent with research use may be held for additional verification. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or freight forwarding addresses.
