By accessing nexorapharma.com or placing an order with Nexora Pharma, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services or purchase our products. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Purchaser") and Nexora Pharma ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

All products sold by Nexora Pharma are strictly for research purposes only. By placing an order, you expressly confirm that: • You are a qualified researcher, licensed research institution, or authorized representative of such an entity • The compounds will be used exclusively for legitimate scientific research • The compounds will NOT be administered to humans or animals for therapeutic purposes • You understand that these products are not approved by any regulatory authority for human or veterinary use • You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the use, storage, and disposal of research chemicals Nexora Pharma reserves the right to refuse orders where intended use appears inconsistent with research purposes.

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from Nexora Pharma. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. You are responsible for ensuring that the import, possession, and use of purchased compounds is legal in your jurisdiction. Nexora Pharma does not provide legal advice regarding the regulatory status of compounds in your jurisdiction.

Orders are accepted subject to availability and Nexora Pharma's right to refuse any order at its sole discretion. Payment is by bank transfer only. Payment instructions will be provided after order placement. Orders are not processed until payment is received and verified. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. The price confirmed at checkout is the price charged for that order. Bank transfer processing may take 1–2 business days. Orders are dispatched within 1 business day of payment verification.

Nexora Pharma ships worldwide. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Customs delays, carrier disruptions, and other factors outside our control may affect delivery. Risk of loss passes to the purchaser upon dispatch. We will work with you to resolve any shipping issues, including lost or damaged shipments covered by our shipping insurance. Due to the nature of pharmaceutical research compounds, we do not accept returns of opened products. If you receive a damaged shipment or a product that does not match the ordered specification, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with supporting documentation (photographs, CoA discrepancy details). Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Refunds cover the product cost only; shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error is Nexora Pharma's fault.

Nexora Pharma guarantees that all products shipped will: • Meet or exceed the stated purity specification (≥99%) • Match the molecular identity confirmed by the Certificate of Analysis • Have been produced under GMP-compliant manufacturing conditions These guarantees apply to the specific batch shipped and documented in the accompanying CoA. We make no representations about the suitability of any compound for any specific research application.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nexora Pharma shall not be liable for: • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages • Loss of research data, experimental results, or revenue • Damages arising from misuse, improper storage, or handling of products • Any damages arising from use of our products inconsistent with their research-only purpose Our total liability to any purchaser shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

All content on nexorapharma.com — including text, images, product descriptions, research guides, and blog content — is the intellectual property of Nexora Pharma and is protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Basel, Switzerland.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to nexorapharma.com. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
